My favorites wendy's location. eating is always very fast. the place is clean. the personal is always friendly, even if they don’t always know how to scan the rewards or take payments from the app. I just started using the mobile order so I don't deal with all the new employees trying to find out how to scan.
I have to say that the servants who were disappointing in the service area, rudely hired, with a poor child who tried and was not where he was, the personal manager, who in the service actually text, while the drive thru and service order, where constantly come, and she actually says that I should not worry about the driving times, not counting with the short staff I have, the 7 to 8 people. 12 /15 minutes for a jr.bacon cheeseburger and a small frit! I don't want to bring down the whole staff, I'm sure most work really hard and earn credit, but I think better management is there sure need. Maybe they move them, or let them form or go on, because that was by far one of my worst flast food experiences ever. I will not go back!
The poor man. 08/26 at 12:30 a.m. the employee was left by himself and the manager refused to have another person in register. the employee in the register needed change and the manager called out, I have no change, not talking to me and not helping. continue to be only rude and not helpful. I feel really bad for the hired and especially the ones who ruled. I hope you have bigger days
The cheap manager refuses to pay rewarding accusations, which leads to a serious personal shortage. then they pull all the people who don't want to work anymore, 'cushions. Even during peak hours there are only about 3, maybe 4 workers and a useless middle manager. they will be in the car ride thru for 20-30 minutes, and receive improper or false food from overworked employees. would recommend the taco bell next door. they suffer from some of the same themes, but in a seemingly somewhat smaller dimension.
