This weekend we ordered our usual and bill came to $83 without a tip. Portions were cut, only one piece of meat, it used to be two. I'm all ok with that, considering inflation BUT $4.50 for a can of Soda!!! We went to the Bancroft next day, 16oz glass bottle of soda came with glass , ice and the server pour it for us. $3.00 At Capital grill and Smith&wollensky homemade sodas are under $4.00 other restaurants have free refills . I'm going to still go there but only once a month and never order soda. Waiter wrote down our order but came back 3 times to confirm what we ordered. Poor kid he didn't even know what was on the menu. I'm glad he asked tho better than getting it wrong.
Really good Pho Noddles Soup. Superb. Delicious I used to drive down to South Shore for a good soup. But this place is the best around. Very simple decor. But servers very polite and prompt to serve. I do recommend.
Authentic Vietnam pho place with a lot of options. The soup tastes good, not too salty nor oily. The bowl is huge, but the meat portion is not so great. I paid extra 3 dollars just to get one extra meaballl, which I think is a joke. However, I wouldn't blame them too much considering the current inflation situation...
This place is amazing. The soups were so good. I had the stir fry with chicken, beef and shrimp and was more than satisfied. Definitely a place to visit.
Had the Bún Bò Huế with the smaller vermicelli instead of the traditional larger noodle. They kept the spicy Satế separate in a small plastic cup b/c not everybody like spicy. But it's not even spicy by my standard.
