Sonic Drive-in - Payson

I had the worst customer service experience ever at this restaurant. To start, all the pull-up spots were closed, so we could only use the drive-thru. There were only two cars ahead of us, yet it took 40 minutes to get our order. The woman in front of us spent 15 minutes just at the speaker. They wouldn't make a blast but could make shakes, which was confusing. Additionally, they never asked what size we wanted; they just gave us a large and charged us for it, rounding up the total. Thumbs down from me!

This place will satisfy your cravings until you find your next favorite restaurant. I recommend sticking to the deep-fried options and skipping the burgers. They have drinks as well, but I’d suggest avoiding the ice cream items. It's definitely worth the drive, as it offers a nice spot to relax while you enjoy your delicious deep-fried treats.

The night crew was disappointing! They forgot my chili dog, the tots were stale, and the burger lacked flavor. I called to request my chili dog and fresh tots. When I got home, I discovered they had given me a regular hot dog instead and simply reheated the old tots. It really needs better management! I ended up throwing most of the food away. What a waste of over $30!

We wanted to eat at Cedar Ridge restaurant in Mazatzal Casino, but it wasn't open Memorial Day for breakfast. So we tried Sonic. Granted, it wasn't as good as a restaurant's fare, but it was hot and filling and they were open!

I love the slushes; my only wish was that there could be options for less caloric ones. I always order a coke zero slush with sugar free cherry addition added. I love that they are 1/2 price when ordering on the app.
