Pizza Hut - Payson

If I couldn't have set a star, I would rate this pizza hat. I'll never give them my business again. had set up a contactless order, but they refused to answer the phone and after 20 minutes on which I was standing in the load and told the person working on the theke that I was in wait for 20 minutes and she said: "Well, I am busy, I have no time to answer." I told her the manager had to go better and she told me she was the manager! So I told her it was better, she screamed at me and told me how rude I was. terrible customer service! terrible management. terrible service!

Great staff! They are very consistent in the prep of the pizza and the delivery time. Staff (drivers) are always friendly!

Pizza Hut has great tasting pizza and friendly staff. We did have an issue, when we opened each of the three boxes of pizza the slices were all over each other. Even with this issue I would recommend Pizza Hut!

I've ordered boneless wings twice from this Pizza Hut. Both times they were terribly dry ,with hard spots in the breading that almost break your teeth. It seems to be only this particular store. The Huts I've gotten wings from in the valley are moist saucy breaded bites of juicy chicken. The Payson Pizza Hut should be ashamed. The only good thing was the promptnous of the delivery, which could be a bad thing considering the poor food.

I ordered one of my pizzas with pepperoni and only received cheese, no pepperoni. All 3 of the pizzas were undercooked and the dough was raw and soggy and the cheese was not melted all the way.
