Mandarin House Asian Fusion - Payson

I got Asian food from the usa and found this as a subpar, a dirty plate, over price and a terrible creation server. when the dirty plate was addressed by me, I was just told that it is “hard to get it clean”. I couldn't believe it! if I was asked if my bill would be adjusted, I was treated terriblely and accused of being deprived! I will never go back!

Love the personal. good eating. do not come when they are in a hurry, relax and enjoy

The food is good but the buffet is over priced for the selection and availability of food but with that being said still my favorite place for this type of food. The beef and broccoli is the best

The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. And I truly mean it. First we arrive shortly before 6 pm, there are only 3 other tables taken in the entire restaurant and we are there until almost 7pm before I ask the waitress if the food is atleast being prepared. She said no it was not because there is one order ahead of us. Keep in mind 2 of the 3 occupied tables are eating the buffet. So that leaves only 1 other table who had ordered something and they were already there when we got in so they had been waiting over an hour for their food.The waitresses never came to refill water within that hour.We were only offered the complimentary soup around 20 mins after we had already sat down.The only good thing I can say about this place is that they were nice to my dog.

We went in for lunch on Sunday, everyone had the buffet. I ordered a sushi roll and I waited the entire time before it came. Finally I asked for it to go. The waitress only checked on us once the entire time. I watched 2 guests come in and not be greeted and left. Another table was seated and ignored before they were finally served. When I received our bill it was full price. I asked to be compensated for the wait and was. When I got home to finally eat said sushi there was a hair in it.
