Jack In The Box - Payson

I wanted to share how frustrating the service was at this restaurant. I attempted to order some breakfast food, but the drive-thru line was extremely long, with only 4 customers inside who had been waiting for an hour for their food while the employee just sat in the window. Despite telling my husband and I that she would be with us in a minute, she continued to ignore us. Even as 6 cars went through the drive-thru, we were still ignored. We ultimately left without getting any food because it was clear that we weren't going to be served. The new staff at this location need to learn what proper customer service is. If you enjoy waiting indefinitely for service and dealing with rude employees, then this is the place for you. Absolutely ridiculous!

We went through the drive-thru and placed a simple order. Despite there being no apparent reason for the slow service, they were taking a long time. The restaurant appeared to be fully staffed and the cars in front of us had small orders. We even observed a customer inside getting upset because his food was taking a while, and he was the only customer visible from the window. On the positive side, our orders were accurate and appeared to be freshly cooked.

The food was average and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was somewhat strangely tucked away in the plaza.

The service at this location has been terrible every time I go there. I've ordered shakes a few times in the app and when I go to pick up my order the machine is being cleaned so I have to get something else. Recently I had to wait for about 15 minutes in the drive-thru for my online order (they don't let you pick it up inside at all, only option on the app is for the drive-thru) when I finally got up to the window there was no apology for the wait. They have one employee who is always there, probably a manager and they just seem like they're not happy to be there. They shouldn't be working in a job that deals with customers.

Cashier was rude. The lady that works here very pleasant
