Brooklyn's - Payerne

Fast food. Nice decor, but let down by the very average (in our case under-cooked) food. This was the second visit, there won't be a third.

Now before we begin please remember 2 key things: 1) this is not America and 2) Payerne is not a major metropolis of a city! Hence lets set the right expectation level. Brooklyn's brings (refreshingly) a great offering of burgers to satisfy the meat-eaters craving for all things beefy that come with fries. The portions are generous and they offer you the choice to add even further beef patties to your already man-sized serving. Great choices for side dishers compliment the burger on your plate and the friendly staff will help you make a decision if your stomach is giving your eyes trouble! When you've been a long time away from a good burger, head for Brooklyn's, take the train to Payerne and its directly across from the train station meaning you wont have far to waddle to be able to get home afterwards. I highly recommend adding another patty to your choice but you better bring your hunger to the party!

Great authentic 60s style American dinners restaurant. Great burger and hot dogs. We had a delicious lunch and my guests loved it too.

Very good burgers, well stocked, the fries are delicious and the American desserts are generous. I am removing one star for the service time.

The American Diner atmosphere is respected, the decoration is friendly. However, the menu is not very elaborate and most of the foods are industrial. Lack of sauce and the burger was not good. The waitress was very welcoming and helpful, but perhaps a little lonely for the whole room. Out of 4 people we all share the same opinion.
