La Arepa - Pawtucket

I absolutely love this place! I always order the beef with black beans and plantains—it’s fantastic. They also make amazing empanadas.

What a delightful find! This restaurant was on my daughter's list of places to visit. The menu is enticing, featuring a unique selection of vegetarian options. However, I was in the mood for a burger, and it did not disappoint.

Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The wait staff were outstanding and very personable. My husband had the stewed chicken arepa with everything. The chicken was so savory, it was delicious. I had the black bean arepa with everything. The plate was balanced so well with the savory beans and the sweet plantains. I cleaned my plate (don't often do that). Highly recommend this restaurant.

Amazingly delicious, great service, great people. Tasty sauces, authentic cuisine, and seriously, I cannot say enough about the flavors they capture. Holy cow, those fried plantains and the playfully sweet cachapas. Loved everything about the experience. Great work!

This was my first experience with Venezuelan cuisine, and I can't wait to return. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and you could really tell it was homemade. We opted for takeout this time since the dining area wasn't open yet, but next time, we'll dine in. The man at the counter was incredibly helpful; he explained what some of the items were and made suggestions based on our preferences. We definitely plan to come back!
