Pig Stand - Pawhuska

I tried it for the first time while I was at Cavalcade, the pig sandwich was awesome. We went back Friday and tried the catfish, it was great!!!

Go to the Pioneer Woman, which is good, but then go to the Pig Stand where you don't have to wait, but you will enjoy a delicious pork sandwich with freshly cut frits. This is a classic BBQ stand that is worth stopping.

We were looking forward to enjoying a local BBQ while paragliding, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The food tasted stale and lacked flavor. I would say this ranks among the worst BBQ experiences we've ever had.

The staff were very rude to people who are not regular customers. The portion sizes were insufficient for the prices we paid. During my brief time there, I overheard them using the N-word multiple times. I've had negative experiences with them on my last two visits.
