Mcdonald's - Paw Paw

Some young pregnant girls was so rude to me in the through window when I went to pick up an order when I went into the window to get the food, I wait for her to say hi or something and she just stared at me with an employment and I looked at her and I said yes and her answer was that she was waiting for something, and I said her just my food and she was rolling her. I've never been treated so disastrously in my life, especially after having met someone for the first time, I really can't believe how she was and I don't even know this girl.

Never has the ice machine up and running! space is absolutely ridiculous! needs new management. I understand that the places are short occupied, but that's been for years! if they don't feel like ice cream, they take the machine out! weekly.

Very clean. kiosk options or order on table with app. also discovered by accidentally spicy chicken bugs. the personal is also friendly.

I work at a business in town and decided to swing over to McDonald's for a quick pick me up (caramel frappe with a shot of espresso). The line is long but I decide to stick it out because I have an hour lunch. Spent 10 minutes in line and by time I get to the window they don't have my drink ready. Ok, fine. They park me in spot one where I continue to sit for another 15 minutes. I finally left my vehicle to go inside just to wait in line for an additional 10 minutes and to find out they hadn't even started my drink. The manager was forcing the gentleman working register to make drinks for drive thru even tho he was so busy he couldn't step away to do so. Extremely poor management on her part. She could have easily turned around and made my drink while she stood expediting. I lost the majority of my lunch break to poor management and didn't even get my frappe.

Employee claimed that “we aren’t doing Ice cream right now” because they were short staffed. There was one person in the drive through (myself). There were 3 employees inside, who were standing around talking. I watched for a minute. It was 10 at night. I guess It’s McDonald’s so I can’t expect much.. but that’s just awful.
