I noticed one employee frequently on their phone instead of assisting patrons. Despite our efforts to place an order, we felt ignored. Even my mom tried to order, but it seemed like they were reluctant to serve us. It gives the impression that they either can’t be bothered to take our business or are simply too lazy to assist us. This is disheartening, and they really need to improve their service for their customers.
