La Schita - PAVIA

There was only one vegan option with mixed vegetables but the price (3 euros) and taste made it an shouldnt-miss stop in Pavia. The owner was super helpful, spoke English and told us about the history of the dish and let us taste the amazing Kombucha made with foraged plants from nearby. Would love to go back to Pavia just to visit the restaurant again!

The cook is so kind and entertaing, the food is quite good too! Be mindful because it's just a small recent business so there's still something to improve but the staff will do anything to satisfy your requests. I ordered two schita: the first, filled with radish and potatoes, the latter, with potatoes pureè and sweet and sour red bell pepper. I will visit asap! Updated from previous review on 2022-02-12
