Brother's Pizza - Paulsboro

I'm a big fan of Brothers Pizza, but since they moved to West Deptford and rebranded as Amore Pizza, I've noticed a decline in quality. I used to enjoy fantastic meals there, especially their sauce, which is my favorite and the best around. However, after the move, my experience has changed for the worse. I ordered the chicken parmesan dinner, and when I got home, I discovered that the chicken was burnt—completely blackened and tough. It was so poorly cooked that they tried to cover it up with cheese and sauce, but I had to pull out all the chicken because it was inedible. It was clearly burnt, so I don't understand why the cook wouldn’t just make a fresh batch. I used to order from them three times a week, but now I'm likely going to look for another place.

I just placed an order for dinner tonight. The pizza was decent—had a nice crunch to the crust, but only on the thick outer edge. The fries were average, and the mozzarella sticks were also just okay; I'm not sure if the marinara sauce is the same as before. As for the wings... they were enormous, way too big for my liking. I would compare them to the shin of my 10-month-old! I wish I had known about this change, as I might have chosen differently. I'm not angry, but I can't say I'm satisfied either.

The staff was friendly, but the atmosphere was a bit off; the door was open to allow for some heat or airflow, but it didn’t really help. The pizza was bland, and the chicken on it didn’t taste fresh. The wings were overcooked and greasy. I paid $30 for a mediocre medium veggie pizza and wings that were half hot and half lemon pepper. I would have been better off eating at the McDonald's across the street.

Brother's Pizzeria is becoming My Favorite Pizzeria!!! I got this Bacon Chicken Ranch (I asked for Bleu Cheese instead of Ranch Dressing, which was not a problem at all!! . This was Amazingly Delicious!! The Chicken was Crunchy And Juicy! And SOO Much Chicken!!! The Bacon that they use is So Full of Flavor! The only thing was..... I would have liked a bit More Mozzarella Cheese. Other than that is was Awesome! Now.... The Crust..... ITS THE BEST IN A TEN MILE RADIUS!!! It's Crispy on the bottom and Light Chewy on the top! It heats up very well when you can't finish it and want more in a few hours, or the next day! The Prices are Way better than the other places in the area! Come and check this place out!!! I think I'm Hooked!! Oh my sister and I had the Chili Cheesesteak (minus the hot peppers and it was soo good!! It just needed a little more Cheese!!

Read other reviews on just how great the atmosphere is and friendly the staff are. I must have picked an off day. Extremely hot. The door was propped open for possibly some more heat. Very dull enthusiasm. Should have taken the food to go and sat in the air conditioning car. Was going to sy thanks on the way out but nobody was in sight. Nobody checked on me but to be honest neither does McDonald's. Philly cheese steak was good.
