Typical carnic cuisine. The herbal cjalsons were delicious. never eaten so good. a pleasant surprise were also the potato dumplings seasoned with cinnamon, butter, sugar and smoked rich. unique taste. then fried with polenta . good and delicate. well made also deer stew with polenta. Very nice lady in the room. to return absolutely.
