Uncle Louie G Italian Ice Ice Cream

I tried to place an order for my son's birthday, but after numerous calls and voicemails, no one got back to me. Despite that, I wanted to support local businesses, so I decided to take my family there for ice cream. However, one night when I ordered three cones and two shakes, the owner seemed put off by the amount I ordered. He huffed and puffed when I made a simple request. I chose to overlook his unprofessional behavior and paid for my order, which came to about $40. After that, when he served the next customer, he didn't offer me a tray or bag to hold my items. When I politely asked for one, he just tossed it on the counter. How was I supposed to manage carrying five items while driving home? If they can't handle their business properly, they should consider closing it down! I won't tolerate their negative attitude and unkind energy. I will never return to this establishment again. Thank you for the unpleasant experience!

This place has the best ice cream and the staff is always so friendly. After all, who wouldn't be happy when visiting an ice cream shop?

While the Italian ice and the ice we ordered were tasty, the two employees were quite unfriendly and seemed put off by our presence. When we walked in, they just stared at us in silence, and they appeared visibly annoyed when someone ordered a milkshake. Even during payment, the female worker didn’t inform me of the total; she merely turned the card machine towards me and remained silent as we left. Overall, it was a rather unpleasant experience.

For a quick treat for our children, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was so friendly with the children and the choice of taste was immense, would definitely recommend it!!

Did my kids birthday party kids loved it. What ever ice cream we didn't use we got a credit for in store!
