Volino City Cafe - Paterson

Wow, what a hidden culinary gem in the heart of America! We enjoyed a simple yet elegant evening. The host was wonderful, our server was attentive, and the food was not only served hot but also delicious. It was a delight to experience the diverse flavors and innovative dishes that America's inclusiveness brings to the table. Thank you, Jesus, for the wonderful blend of cultures and cuisine that make America truly great!

I've only visited twice, but the Bamboo rice special, which was suggested by John Cox from HGHS, was fantastic on both occasions. For the majority of my adult life, I've been searching for a rice dish that could compare to the one at Tony's in Southwest Little Rock from 30 years ago, and I genuinely believe the Bamboo Cafe offers an equal version. Now, if only I could figure out how to make my grandmother's fried chicken, I'd be all set!

I adored everything about this restaurant! The Vietnamese flair, the welcoming staff, and especially the food were all fantastic. The in-house egg drop soup is incredible, and the spring rolls are a must-try! This is truly one of Camden's hidden gems!

Our family tried the salmon dinner. Large piece of salmon cooked perfectly. Variety of mixed vegetables added to the meal. The sauce teased your taste buds with the hint of ginger. Large enough for two people. Definitely would order again.
