Bird Bao - Patchogue

Really lovely little spot we stopped in at for a date night bite before heading to a distillery. The food was phenomenal. Loved it all.

Went on a Saturday night with 3 others. Food was exceptionally fresh. Owner was also working in the kitchen and came out to make sure we were all satisfied with our orders 10/10 would recommend.

First time here, food was incredible. Connor the chef personally came out and checked on our table. My wife and I got 4 different buns and a side of their spicy seasoned fries. Highly recommend the sweet and spicy chicken bun and the Nashville hot. Ask for a side hot chili oil.

I have to say... the BEST food! It's not only the best bao buns I've had, the best chicken I've had, the best toppings... the BEST food, period. The flavors explode in your mouth, they all compliment each other. The chicken is super moist and crispier than any chicken I've ever had. The buns are slightly sweet and perfect consistency. The atmosphere is beautiful and fresh. The owner and staff are very impressive! This place is definitely top on my list, and I will be back as often as I can! If you have not tried this place yet, you are 100% missing out! If I still lived in the city, this alone would be worth a drive out!

Oh my! The food here was so good. I'm biased towards Asian cuisine and flavors, but the execution here hit the spot. First, everything was good. The chicken was so crispy and juicy. We sampled the fries, five spice fries, Nashville hot bao, Blackbird bao, Blackbird rice bowl, and Burgerbao. My favorite item was the Nashville hot bao. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
