Gardenia - Passo del Tonale

FANTASTIC HOTEL, SUPER SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES!!! We stayed a week at the Gardenia hotel for the third time... and it was a pleasant confirmation!! The common areas are immense, excellent swimming pool and spa, fantastic rooms, with wooden furnishings and floors (we had a superior room), excellent services. The options at meals are plentiful and varied, there is also always a dedicated menu for children, we have even had to change something during meals, and we have always been indulged!!! For those who ski, they have a brand new ski room complete with customized lockers, with boot warmers, glove warmers and helmet warmers. Furthermore, although the lifts are very close, there is a shuttle service throughout the day that goes back and forth to and from the hotel, just call and they will come and pick you up!! The entertainment service and mini club are also fantastic!! What can I say to , we will definitely be back!! Thanks for the immense availability to the owners Elena and Carmen!! Incredible service by Ouma and the team. This was our 2nd stay and have already booked a third ! The wellness Centre is a must to see. Swimming caps must be worn in pool or jacuzzi. Good location, well-maintained rooms but with very dated bathroom, tiny shower and unusable bidet (it is a very old type with little holes where both hot and cold water comes out so it doesn't mix). Great disappointment in the restaurant (I expected better given that the hotel really deserves a lot for its location, cleanliness and services)! I would add that as a hotel with a reinterpretation of the bathroom and restaurant it would have nothing to envy of 4 stars Rooms: Cozy and clean. However, I must point out a dated bathroom with a 70x70 shower with a useful interior of 60x60. Old bidet, WiFi does not arrive or arrives very little in the rooms on the 3rd floor, TV does not receive channels Walkability: Very close to the facilities and a few meters from all services Food drinks: Low quality or at least not to my taste. Unfortunately we had to settle for child-friendly alternatives Noteworthy details: Beautiful and well-equipped Spa, the only drawback is that you can find naked people in the sauna (I don't think the property is responsible for this).
