Red Scooter Deli - Paso Robles

I decided to do a quick search for a sandwich shop with good reviews. We were on our way to a wine tasting and needed to pick up some lunch. The interior of the restaurant was small, but the service was friendly. We also noticed they had outdoor seating available. We were pleased with the sandwiches we ordered.

Just walked in to this location where I thought I ordered pickup. I was waiting patiently to the side while the staff behind the counter was helping another customer. The staff member then turned to me yelled what are you doing standing there? I told her I had an order pickup spelled my name for her she went to look at the bags and yelled back at me in the most disgustingly rude tone I DONT HAVE YOUR ORDER CHECK YOUR LOCATION. The way the staff member yelled at me was so shocking I ran out mortified. I haven’t been talked to like that…ever. I hate writing bad reviews. I wish I didn’t order from here in the first place.

Genuinely the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Paid $3, took a sip and threw it out. Gas stations serve stronger, better tasting coffee.

The delivery sandwiches at this restaurant are fantastic. They could really benefit from having indoor seating, but the food is definitely worth it. The sandwiches are delicious and there is a great variety to choose from.

The food at this restaurant is of incredible quality. I had a wonderful experience with the owner/manager who went out of her way to make me feel valued and resolved a miscommunication promptly. I truly appreciate the excellent service and care that was shown to me as a local customer. Thank you for your dedication, it is evident in your business!
