Though, not clear at the outset, there's multiple food outlets available. Plenty seating outside. As someone who's in the barrel industry, without me having to ask, they gave me 10% industry discount. Parking is limited and one less than friendly service lady made this four stars. However, I would definitely recommend this place.
The beer here is the best! great ambiente, fantastic personal and great live bands play.
This is an awesome place to chill out, have great beer, wine, food and listen to live music from our locally top talented musicians and bands ... 2 stages ...Fast Friendly service 5 Stars for sure ??
Great beer. Dog friendly. Outside seating with music on the weekends. Super friendly service
Cal Coast is the first brewery I visited when I started coming to Paso on a monthly basis. Sorry Firestone, I wanted GOOD craft beer. With wine and wineries dominating, even the downtown park area it 's great to head a block of 13th and walk up to where #lifeiagoodouthere. The former Tozzi Auto Body now houses the brewery downtown in a great location, both inside and out with plenty of space and good local food within walking distance. The brewery/bar has an amazing vibe! Then again I am completely sold on this part of California. San Diego laid back? Pffft...please. Paso is such an amazing place and it 's great to have good craft beer in wine country. Distressed wood, concrete and metal dominate the interior with law enforcement patches behind the bar and the brewing system opposite the taps. A few TVs are always playing, sports usually. Outside is borderline epic. Lots of seating, covered on a deck which plays host to local music Now...the beer. I 've grown very fond of it. Much like the local craft I had in Brentwood, CA, Cal Coast won 't set the world on fire but it 's very good beer. I 've sampled a handful of what they offer, the menu pretty regular, running the gamut from lager to IPA to Belgian strongs, porters and browns. Surely there is something on tap that will have you returning crawlers and growlers are also available, along with a membership $275/yr, if memory serves me correct). Mentioned the vibe before but this place has a very welcoming feeling from the staff, always friendly to regulars and those visiting Paso for the weekend. So if you aren 't in mood for wine and don 't want to drive a few miles south to that other not craft brewery, then stop in to Cal Coast. You won 't be disappointed.
