Pampas Latino Bistro & Bar - Pasig

It was my family's first time to try out this restaurant, so we ordered different meat dishes: Porchetta, Baby Back Ribs, Lamb Ribs, and Beef Falda. My brother and I are 100% meat-lovers but usually we just eat one or two dishes so as not to overwhelm our taste buds. This time, though, we couldn't help but get multiple servings from each dish because they were all equally appetizing and flavorful. My entire family loved literally everything that was served on our table! Also, I have to say, I usually don't eat lamb but Pampas' Lamb Ribs was so good I actually forgot I hated lamb. To date, it's the only lamb dish I've ever liked.Aside from the meat dishes, we had Baked Oysters and Oyster Granitas, as well as Oscuro (molten dark chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream) for dessert. They all tasted really good as well!Aside from the excellent food, their service was also outstanding! I loved how literally everyone who had talked to us had been friendly, warm, and accommodating. They were also patient enough to entertain our multitude of questions - which my family greatly appreciated. Kudos to the management and staff!Lastly, I also loved the ambiance of this restaurant. I think it's just perfect for a Latino bistro & bar.Overall, I cannot emphasize enough how much I enjoyed my experience in this restaurant! Looking forward to my next visit!

My first first visit was really amazing! I've never been to a fancy resto, but Pampas is one of the best there is! I gave their food a top of the notch rating. I tried the porchetta and their gambas arggh! I say it's to die for and heavenly it's good no biased. I'll definitely go back here and recommend it to others, is it expensive? I say no one of the best affordable fine dining. And of course their staff, they are very warm and professional. Good ambiance as well if you're a couple, you should visit this place. If you are looking for good food and good service you should go to Pampas.

Second time I've been here and quickly becoming one of my favorite places, particularly for a meat fix. Love the Beef Falda, Lamb Shoulder, and Porchetta. They also have this really good bread (I forget what you call it, but the waiter will know what you are talking about). Service is very good -- efficient and very friendly. My only complaint is a rather weak drinks list -- very few wine choices, and not many cocktails available. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I were strolling around the uptown mall area on a picture perfect late Wednesday afternoon day seeking good food and drink. We found it at Pampas. We had read about four or five menus before deciding to try Pampas for the first time. As I said it was a beautiful afternoon (5:30) and we almost ate outside but decided to sit inside. The restaurant is beautiful inside with warm tones and comfortable chairs. It was Wednesday at 5...so we really did have the place to ourselves. The staff was gracious and knew their menu and had recommendations that all proved to be spot on. It was Happy Hour which lasted till 7PM and I enjoyed my bottomless glass of house red wine: it was jammy and full of ripe red fruit flavors and very enjoyable to drink. We ordered some small plates, sides, and an entrée. The salsa which came with the freshly fried root vegetable chips was smoky and flavorful. The sweet potato and Cassava fries were fresh cut and fried to perfection and not a bit oily : only crisp and sprinkled with just a pinch of sea salt. They presented three dipping sauces that had excellent flavors. We were not a huge fan of the chorizo as I found the grind too fine and the consistency too similar to a hot dog but the sausage along side it was very good. Oh but, the Cheese croquettes were heavenly and the rack of lamb ribs were marinated and grilled to tasty perfection. We are talking well thought out food expertly prepared with fine table service. We are sure to dine here again with friends. .

Great food and fantastic service. We happened upon this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Great traditional Argentinian sauces, great wines, and ambience. The staff is well trained and gives great food recommendations and each course was fantastic. We will definitely go back!
