We are there several times a week and often see the same faces of customers over and over again. The food is good, the service is delightful and the waitstaff, often witty. This particular day, no one could help but to hear everything going on because this women made such a scene. She and a man were eating at the table behind us. The woman wanted the restaurant WIFI password from the server. The server responded to the customer and then got the owner. Everyone eventually knew what she needed because she got louder and louder so everyone could hear. Then she began making disparaging remarks when she didn't get what she wanted. She was trying to make a scene. This person carries around a credit debit card that is turned off. In order to use it, she must login to her banking and turn it on. They certainly did not complain about the food before the WIFI issue started. We sat in front of them at the counter. They were told politely by the owner that she does not share her WIFI with the public. This is when the women got enraged. If your cell phone has service, you can go online to your banking. If your service was disconnected, you must rely on WIFI to go online. Why would you go to a restaurant if you do not readily have the ability to pay for your food. Why do you assume that you should be given access to someone's private internet service? There was no sign on the door stating FREE WIFI. What gives her the right to disrupt everyone's meal in the restaurant (and she did) and disparages the establishment, waitstaff, owner and food because she was not prepared. Shame on you. The owner said if she let me use it,shed have to let everyone else. I will never go back to this eiro trash cafe again. The food was lousy and terrible way to run a restaurant for the public. I used the ree wifi from biglots. Otherwise they wouldnt have gotten paid. .21 for biscuits and gravy and 2 1.5 inch blintzes with fake bluberry jelly like substance. Rude and distasteful, low class people. Service
Welcome to a blast from the past! A scratch small town diner with amazing food and incredibly low prices.
We’ve been to this hidden gem about 7 times recently and each time it’s been excellent. The wait staff are all friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is very very clean and organized, the food comes out fast without compromising quality or taste. We’ve lived in the area for more than 25 years and sadly have missed the initial opening or discovering this place. Don’t let the exterior facade deter you or fool you… you won’t be disappointed when you walk in and see for yourself what’s in our very own backyard. I’m hoping to be as popular as the old timers that frequent and that we’ve seen on each visit. We’re looking forward to coming back over and over. The prices are very reasonable, I’m sure we’ll end up advertising on their menu soon
Down home cooking. Great breakfast and burgers. Love their omelets.
Absolutely love this place! All staff as amazing! Food is awesome always! Will keep coming back!
