I was not impressed with my $7 pretzel it was as if it was from yesterday and they reheated it and not to mention it was burnt. Maybe the staff they got just doesn’t know how to make them? It’s really sad because I look so forward to that first bite all to be dissatisfied. Next time I’ll give the pretzel back and just ask for a refund.

This place is disgusting. It looked Iike noone ever cleaned. I walked in and straight away girl at the register was greasy mad. She wouldn't talk, she wouldn't answer questions, she wouldn't make any eye contact, it was super anti-customer. The floor was soaking wet, the employees were rude and unhygienic, the food was old and cold. Avoid this place at all costs. This business should be closed down.

I typically love pretzel places, but when we went they stopped making an hour before closing and was selling off what remained. So the selection was limited during the time we went.

Went Sunday stood in line to a packed house and looked at the fire alarm. To my surprise it was filled with roaches . I ain’t paying for a sickness. If you see this . Clean up

My daughter loves coming her! But honestly I didn't realize how fantastic the lemonade is!
