Pinocchio's Pizza - Pasadena

Everything was exceptional the portions of food were too large but that's OK we had leftovers for the next day or waitress the next night job her name was Flor.

Pinocchio is never disappointed. eating is always amazing and the service is always good.

All about our evening was fantastic. great eating, excellent service, although it really busy. Although we were too late because parking and traffic, they had another table for us. There was a wonderful jazz band that was a pleasant surprise. it could not have been better. very brilliant.

Small restaurant, extremely busy the 2 times I've gone, and therefore extremely loud, so having a conversation is impossible. Food is great, very large portions, but reheats well. I'm not sure why they use open table, as it is too small of a space, and I still had to wait for a table.

There was a large group already seated. That group was extremely loud and children running around the restaurant. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated on a dirty table that the waitress had to clean again after bus boy had done a lousy job. Our waitress we could tell was doing her best to get to every table but she was running around and forgetting about us. It took about another 15 minutes to get our order taken, we never received menus, we found some and used those. We finally order and the food was not very good. We left more than half our meal behind. We requested the check and that took another 5 minutes. We ended up paying cash because we never saw our waitress again. We didn’t want to wait any longer than we already had. Just a bad night for everyone, I think. They were busy and seemed like there was not enough staff.
