Urbane Cafe - Pasadena

Jasmine M is an employee who works at the register and takes phone orders. She is very rude and unfriendly, no customer service skills whatsoever. If she does not want to be there, then she should go and work somewhere else. Customer should not have to deal with that. Other than that, the food is pretty good, it’s just a shame that some of their employees ruin the experience.

This place never disappoints! Used to to to the one in Northridge, food always tastes fresh and great! I came to Pasadena location, staff were more than positive, happy to be working. I came a little late but Jessie (one of the employees)told me not to rush and was more than understanding. Food was great as usual. Great spot! And great staff!

Ordered cilantro salmon salad (substituted salmon for chicken). The salad was great, fresh with just the right amount of vinaigrette. But I’d expect more salmon for the price.

First tried this place on New Years Eve for lunch. I had the Salmon Bowl and it was very good and the portion was great.

Keto Cobb salad and chicken protein with Chipotle ranch dressing. Man oh man what a salad. Fulfilling and full of flavor!
