Taco Cabana - Pasadena

Wow, the customer service was exceptional! Half of my family follows a pescatarian diet, while the other half does not, so I was uncertain about what to order for everyone. The manager was incredibly kind and patient, offering me numerous options to consider. I felt bad for taking so much time and thought I might be inconveniencing them, but she reassured me with, “You’re a customer too, so take your time.” It’s rare to encounter such thoughtful service nowadays, and I truly appreciated it. I wanted to share my experience and will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

I ordered food, and unfortunately, there were several issues with my order. Items were missing, the food was cold, and I received items that I didn't order. I tried to contact customer service, but they haven't responded. I also asked to either replace the items or get a refund, but I still haven't heard back from the business or department manager. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, as it seems they don't care about their customers or the money they've spent.

I don’t visit this restaurant often, but when I do, my order usually ends up being incorrect. Today, I spent $16.48 on a 6-pack of flautas and queso, one chicken fajita taco, and a small order of chips and queso. Unfortunately, the chicken fajita taco was missing the sweet sauce, which wasn’t provided in a container on the side. I was the only one who mentioned it, but similar mistakes happen frequently here and in many places. It’s just a bit too much to deal with!

I didn't even want to set a star because every time I come to get a command placed by the olo, they are very rude and have settings. they always claim that the order has not come in and I personally work in the food industry and could see the order on the screen.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Fail. 2:45pm Wednesday May 25.I’m on my lunch break from work so I don’t have a ton of time, so I went into taco cabana for a quick lunch. I’m still hungry though, and driving back to work because no one was there.There were one or two people eating at tables, but no staff anywhere. I literally waited, with the other people in line, for at least 5 minutes and nothing. I even said, “hello??” kinda loud towards the kitchen. Nothing. Where tf was everyone? Its not like the entire staff could be going to the bathroom at the same time …or could they…? cough cough Well, wherever they were, I’m still super hungry and I don’t get lunch today. Have to drive back to work now. Not very Cabanatastic ?
