Starbucks - Pasadena

This Starbucks location in Old Town Pasadena used to be safe and enjoyable, but is now overrun by mentally ill homeless individuals causing disruptions. While the homeless deserve sympathy and support, they should not be allowed to pose a threat to public safety or disrupt businesses and the livelihood of employees. On a recent visit, a homeless man engaged in irrational conversations and even followed a customer out into the street shouting at her. The staff, although exemplary, mentioned that they couldn't intervene due to the potential for violent responses. Eventually, the police had to remove the disruptive individual. Despite this issue, the Starbucks location and staff are still wonderful, with perfect coffee and an ideal location for shopping in the area. However, parking may be a challenge during busy shopping times, requiring a walk of a few blocks.

This Starbucks be a rip off order a small cappuccino and thing was halfway full Instead of making it again lady just wanna give me all the excuses ain't nobody got time for all that. Go to the one down the street

I love ordering from this Starbucks most of the staff is nice but there's a lovely young lady in particular with such a spark and enthusiasm her smile is very welcoming. It's pretty small inside but they also have a lounge outside very nice to relax. Ambience is good even tho its always busy because of the shopping center. The food/drinks prepared are always tasty one of the best ones so far.Thank you staff for your dedication. :

I work nearby so its easier to go to this location but it seems like 5/10 times they botch a simple macchiato. I watched them remake it a few times and noticed they pump the syrup without looking, let the espresso sit over 30 seconds (which they are not supposed to, my cousins worked for starbucks) and half the time it taste milky with burnt espresso. There are certain Baristas who make it great, but the ones who rush through really ruin this place for me. I prefer going to orange grove and fair oaks but I dont like getting my coffee so early. Might have to just suck it up and get it there. Smh. Waste of 5.95.

Standard Starbucks. Large floor area that probably could do with some more tables and chairs, but that might very well be a remnant from the pandemic.
