Sonic Drive-in - Pasadena

No one came to the drive through mic for atleast 6 minutes.Then we waited another 20 for food.If your hungry this is not the place to come. No apologies. Just rude.

Placed a mobile order for 2 medium chili cheese fries and a route 44 coke zero easy ice, went to a stall,checked in waited 20 mins, so i went to the drive thru and told them my order and got a coke zero with a lot of ice and waited another 10 min for my fries because they never started my order which was at 2:15 and i left there at 2:55 for 2 fries and a drink. I also only got cheese fries instead of the chili cheese fries, and I was also going to tip them as well but the experience was terrible

The person who took our order seemed irritated, but I’ve worked in customer service so I let it slide. But then after ordering, we waited for about 20 minutes for our food, just to be handed the wrong order. It was clear that the employee was high, which is one thing if you can function in that state, but it’s another if you can’t. When he brought our card back, we told him that we were given the wrong order, and he took it back. He came back with our order, still not 100% right, but at that point we were ready to go. Took the food out to eat and it looked terrible, and tasted worse. Didn’t trust the appearance of the jalapeño poppers, didn’t even try them. Ended up throwing basically all of it away. Definitely won’t go back, and will discourage anyone else from going.

Today i took my family to this location and when I pulled up to the speaker, I was met with silence for several minutes. I figured maybe the speaker was broken, but as soon as I was about to pull up, a voice came over the speaker instructing me to come to the window. When I pulled up, the woman at the window said “tell me what you want” she then told me the ice cream machine was broken, then another employee shouted that it was not broken. They continued to argue about it until they decided that it wasn’t broken. As I continued to order, she closed the window in my face in the middle of me talking and walked away to the back without a word. We decided to leave at that point.No idea what’s happening over there, but I recommend you go to a different location.

If you want to find the world's worst sonic, then this is the place to go. If I could give this zero stars, I 100% would. We were coming in hopes of a great lunch, but our entire day was ruined. Me and my family felt violated by their manager. Their manager harassed me and my family for ordering 8 hamburgers, which we only got 7. She yelled at us for ordering so much, which was 100% unnecessary. It took them 45 minutes just for them to get all of our toppings wrong on our burgers and slushies. This disgrace of an establishment should never have been built. This destroyed my morale and mood for the rest of the day, week, month, and year.
