The donuts here are fluffy and delicious! I highly recommend this place. The service was provided by friendly staff. I would definitely come back again.

I absolutely adore family-run businesses, and the owners of Sierra Donuts are exceptional! Their donuts are classic and truly top-notch. They also offer delicious croissants; the ham, cheese, and jalapeño ones are simply to die for!

I had a similar experience to Christine's. I went to pick up two dozen donuts for a first-grade class and inquired about the possibility of getting cake donuts or sprinkle donuts. I was informed that those were reserved for other customers and that I had placed an order before. Instead, the staff member bypassed the cake donuts and started filling my box with glazed donuts, which the kids typically don't eat. I felt compelled to leave and find another place, as nobody wants to pay $17 for a dozen glazed donuts. At that price, they should allow you to make requests rather than just packing you with donuts that won’t get eaten. The staff was rude and dismissive, as if my order for two dozen donuts was unreasonable. I won’t be returning.

Bad service and not clean. I came here with my baby, waited until I was in front of the display, then I asked two questions about the donuts, one of which was just the cost. The lady got impatient and started to take the order from the person behind me. I was flabbergasted how rude a shop owner or worker could be. The young man behind the counter tried to rescue the situation by helping me out after. I was going to buy two dozen but left with one donut because I was so upset. This is extremely distressing to do to a new mom. The worse thing was I saw the lady wiping her nose with the back of her hand and continue serving donuts. Gross.Perhaps only go when the lady isn't there but beware of nose wiped donuts.

Always I buy my coffee and doughnuts from other places But unfortunately I was late I come to Sierra doughnuts the cream for coffee they want to add by them self The cream already expired but when I asked to change my coffee they don't want to do it . Careful don't get food poisoning here . Not accept at all .
