Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I usually place my order via mobile app, but the last 3 times they got my order completely wrong. I decided to stop and walk in and place my order with the to- go server. They don't have a to- go server, so the hostess is the one who had to take my order. This teenager was obviously new since I had never seen him before. He took my order and then went on and asked me again what I wanted. I repeated my order to him 2 times. I don't think he knew what he was doing. He took a good 10 minutes to even place my order. He then went on and stated that he was going to the back, I had a couple walk in after me, and he didn't even think about seating them. The couple went on and walked to the back to ask if they could be seated. This kid never came back with my total. He was gone for a good 20 minutes. After he gets back, he then goes on and brings my check. I pay and after that he gives me my order. I went on and checked it, and he only took my order for 3 meals when I ordered 4. I went on and told him, and he looked at me with a blank stare. On top of that, my whole order was wrong. I asked for a manager, and I told her I didn't want that food, plus I was missing a meal. She went on and said she would make a new order for me and not to worry about the missing meal. I appreciate the manager but the fact that I was already there for 30 minutes and no food. I will no longer be visiting this location. Service and food quality are not great.

The food was GREAT!! Our waitress wasn 't bad .. but we did have to wait a bit for her to come back to us so we could get a box for our dessert.. and by a bit I mean like maybe 20 minutes.. it wasn 't busy enough. In her defense.. maybe she thought we were done?? IDK.

Always a good time at this Red Robin location. I had the Avo-Cobb-o salad with ranch and it was amazing! Tasted fresh, nothing old. Our waitress was very attentive the entire time and even the manager/supervisor went around asking if everything was alright. In my book, this is a great spot for a night out with friends/family or a date night. P.S. the pineapple upside down cake shake is super delicious. I wish I had gotten one for myself (I stole some from my partner).

We just started coming here not too long ago and I have to say we always have a good time. The service is good and the unlimited fries always hit the spot! Definitely try the prickly pear lemonade and garlic fries if you haven’t. 10/10 would recommend.

After eating at half a dozen different Red Robin's this one was the least pleasant experience. The husband I both always order the same thing (the Madlove Scorpion burgers) so we are well aware of what it should taste like. Everything was just off at this location. The food tasted off, the service was incredibly slow despite being only about 10% full, took forever to get silverware drink refills etc.
