Pizza Hut - Pasadena

I order from here all the time, both delivery and execution. My pizza has always been so good! It's always perfectly cooked. Only last weekend I had a problem with my delivery. I understand the shortage of work, so although the online delivery time was wrong, I was not too upset about my order being delivered longer than expected. I was angry that my pizza and wings were boiled over and the wings hardly had a sauce on them. I didn't want to call the store to complain, so I just made the survey that she always sent email and complaints there. The store received the feedback and the manager called me personally to apologize and gave me a loan from what I spent this night. It was my first time with a problem from the 4 years that I have been a customer here, so I thankfully and really appreciate the customer service, thank you!

A few days ago I stopped for 3 big pizzas and wings, I received amazing food and great service. The manager was very warm and welcoming! It was such a refreshing experience after bad service in other shops. I definitely come back!

I ordered online and asked for it to be left at the door. The driver continued not to knock, but bang at the door and ring the doorbell my son asked him several times to leave it at the door, I asked him through the ring camera to leave it at the door, the driver then back to his car with the pizza had to come my son to pick up the pizza and this man REFUSED to give him the pizza without a tip, he actually told him where he was not even two dollars

I even said I'd give this one a bad review. My mother in law ordered us a dinner box, but we had to pick it up. We went to get it and originally waited 30 mins. Then they got the order wrong and kept us waiting. We waited for over an hour. They did give us free breadsticks, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks.

Good pizza but since when was it ok for pizza hut to allow their delivery drivers to be asking or begging for a tip?
