For a multi-billion dollar company, it's surprising how often this happens at these specific restaurants—I've experienced it firsthand about seven times in the last three months. I understand that you're tired and ready to go home, especially with shift changes coming up. However, it's still your responsibility to serve customers. Some of us are just trying to grab a meal after a long day at work, and many of us live nearby and don't want to drive far to find another restaurant during these limited hours. It's frustrating. I wish I could neglect my job like that, but I know if I do, someone else will step in to do it.
I went to this McDonald's in Walmart in Pasadena to get food for my kids, and I had a disappointing experience. The staff were rude and didn't pay attention to my requests. After waiting a long time, I asked for some buffalo sauce and was charged $1.00 for two small sauces. They didn't give me the sauces until after I had paid, even though I had already paid for them. At other places, they usually provide sauce for free with meals. I won't be returning to this McDonald's again.
Incompetent. It wasn't busy and they didn't even have my order, but they returned twice. I was great for the first time just to pull and park and see that STILL did it wrong and the manager Brandon is the one I spoke to get the correction to my food. I don't live here, but I know I can never visit this place again. If you charge extra for things, make sure you give people what they pay for. Either the person who makes the food cannot read, or she really isn't worried about satisfying her customers.
