Mcdonald's - Pasadena

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered a sweet tea and found a bug in it after I had already drunk half of it. I’m completely disgusted and will never return to this location—or any McDonald's—again.

The restaurant was quite busy today, but the all-female professional team handled everything excellently. The service was swift, and our food arrived hot at our table. Kudos to all the employees and management! This is my favorite McDonald's to dine in with my son; it's just a great, cozy spot to enjoy a meal.

I went through the drive-thru just to grab a Coke, and after I placed my order, the lady told me to "wait a minute." No issue there. However, after five minutes, another lady came up to take my order, which I provided without a problem. Then the first lady, who had initially told me to wait, started yelling at me, saying I had already ordered. I reminded her, “You told me to wait!” It's a bit frustrating due to the poor organization, but I have to say the Coke was excellent—10/10!

This McDonald's needs too work on customer service and geting food right and train their employee too get the food right

Never stepping foot in this place again. They got my order wrong (of course) and gave me something I did not like. I called since it was now after breakfast hours to see if I could get the sandwich I ordered. After a while of talking she said all I had to do was come and say my name and the sandwich would be ready. When I get there, she's asking where's the other sandwich at. When we spoke she never said I needed it though I said I could bring it, and she even admitted she never said when she told me what to do to bring the sandwich. She's going back and forth with me now and I don't understand it. Terrible establishment, terrible employees.
