Checked the receipt and they never even put it on the order even though I said “wow that shake sounds really good!”Not the end of the world but also not a good first time experience.
If you are looking for a good breakfast burrito, Lucky Boy is the place to hit up. they are massive (which is a good thing) so you defintely can share it between two. the zucchini, and chili fries are crispy and super flavorful. also quick service!Food: 5/5
When your looking to have a good meal without counting calories, you take your son to Lucky Boy and order a double cheeseburger, large chili cheese fries, and a grilled chicken sandwich (for the old dad that has to watch his dad bod). The taste and quality is the same as it was years ago.Parking: I would say about 12 spots in the lot. There’s always street parking if the lot is full.
It’s been 10 years since I last had Lucky Boy. I had been dreaming of this day! I looked online to get an address and found out there was ANOTHER LUCKY BOY!!!! I was torn between trying someplace new or going back to the original for nostalgia sake. Eventually, I opted for convenience and went to the location closest to where I was staying. I was NOT disappointed. This place is so similar to the other it’s simply uncanny. The food was exactly as I had dreamed it would still be. Portions are so big, service is so quick, and the food is tasty as hell. I love you Lucky Boy. I hope it’s not another 20 years before I’m back again!!Parking: There are quite a few spaces but I can imagine when it’s busy, it’s got to be hard to find a spot.
With lucky boys you get an old skool vibe inside and outside the dinner. Not like Mel's with all the memorabilia... but with the service is nice, quick, and simple. The menu (the pictures and esthetic) the booths, down to the tile floor give you the feel that you walked into a late 70s dinner without being too touristy. You get the feeling you can just chill with friends or family and not have to worry. The outdoor sitting (back patio) is nice and solid (not shade tarps).Vegetarian options: For those that are vegetarian, they have a few options (not sure about vega).Kid-friendliness: They have a small but nice priced kid menu.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is easily assemble for handicapped.
