Dbl2 Drive Thru - Pasadena

I went through the drive-thru to order 5 flour fajita tacos, which cost $14. After Paying, I waited 10 minutes for my order. When the girl handed me the tacos, I opened them and discovered they were made with corn tortillas instead of flour. I pointed this out, and she informed me that she couldn't take them back. I was confused and asked why, and she said it was due to health department regulations. I told her I just wanted what I ordered. She then suggested I could take the flour tortillas myself, which left me shocked. At this point, she started to get an attitude. I asked to speak to the manager, and she claimed she was the manager. When I inquired about the owner, she joked that they were "in Mexico." The customer service here was terrible, and I will never return!

She then offered to give me the flour tortillas to assemble myself. I was taken aback and couldn't believe it. At this point, she became defensive and unhelpful. When I asked for a manager, she claimed to be the manager. I inquired about the owner, and she casually said they were in Mexico and laughed. The customer service was terrible, and I would never return!

First of all, the menu is entirely in Spanish, so if you don't understand the language, you might have a hard time. The restrooms are old and in need of some updates. The waitress was friendly and spoke both English and Spanish clearly. Unfortunately, the chips tasted stale, and I even found a hair in the chip basket. The wait for our food was quite long, to the point where I almost considered getting up and leaving out of frustration. The pastor meat was somewhat salty, but overall it was still edible.

I had the fajitas with French fries, and they were fantastic—definitely a Mexican-style hit! The atmosphere is great for singles, couples, or families. Highly recommend!

I visited for the first time and found the food to be quite good. I would definitely go back again.
