Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pasadena

Night shift is extremely rude, yelled at me. If I could rate zero stars I would. Those two guys need to be fired.

I ordered for pick up since I didn't want to leave my little dog in the truck while I ordered... supposedly it was going to be ready at 2:40.... It's now 3:05 nothing yet I've gotten down twice The app for some reason not working. Tried calling the number and all I get is the operator so frustrating.... Upset...

First the customer service was horrible, many employees stood around for quite a while before someone came up to assist me. Secondly they all had horrible attitudes, thry need an entirely new staff. Third the place was FILTHY! Ordered a veggie quesadilla, was told that they only make cheese quesadillas. But was told that they could give me veggies, guacamole etc on the side for an extra charge. I've ordered veggie quesadillas and burrito bowls with no problem at other Chipotles. Never going to this establishment again.

Horrible service from the cashier. had me waiting for 10 mins for an online order and willingly let my order sit at the register while keeping taking orders from customers in line. do better

Order for pick up are always late : I order early for pick up to save time but the past 3 times they have been late. Might as well stand in line. Defeats the whole purpose of pick up. Very frustrating when it's late in the afternoon and it's not busy, barely any customers here...
