The service is consistently friendly, the food is always delicious, and the drive-thru staff are efficient and courteous. The parking lot is convenient and I have never had any issues. The atmosphere is relaxed, with many PCC students frequenting the location.
I had a wonderful experience at this Chick-fil-A, especially with the service. I ordered a Cookies n Cream Milkshake from a different Chick-fil-A using DoorDash, and my driver ate my cherry. It was a small incident, but I mentioned it jokingly to the person taking my drive-thru order, Ani. Ani laughed along with me and offered me an entire side of cherries to make up for it. I thanked him for his kindness and said just one cherry would do. When I arrived at the window, I mentioned it again to two other employees for a laugh, and they made sure to add extra cherries to my milkshake. These small gestures made me feel valued and important. Everyone was kind, understanding, and really made the experience amazing. Thank you for the exceptional service!
There were several issues with my mobile order at this restaurant. They refused to add extras to my salad, even though the app allows for it (for an additional charge) and I have done so in the past. They also tried to charge me for a second dressing, which I have never been charged for at any other location or through the mobile order system. It seems like the management at this location may have changed, as the customer service has declined. I am a regular customer, but the recent experience with added charges and changes to my order was frustrating. The parking situation was difficult, as the long lines made it nearly impossible to enter or exit the location.
Busy during rush hours as the lunch time for nearby students and school staff. Plenty of seats for sitting down, grabbing food and doing some work. The drive through space might not be enough and foresee a long waiting lane.
Missing order twice! ! It make me feel dispirited when I discovered after drive 20 minutes home. It's unbelievable that I only ordered twice in this month and they missed my order twice!That means customers have 100% chances to miss their orders here!I think the management should be aware for this, because I never had missing orders before.
