Carrabba's Italian Grill Pasadena

At 4:25, we received a text informing us that our order was nearly ready. However, by 4:50, we approached the hostess, who recognized us and kindly offered to check on our order. She went to the curbside pickup kiosk and returned with our food, explaining that it had been waiting there for us. This left us puzzled—were we supposed to wait outside for our order? To top it off, we had already left a tip when we paid for our meal at 4:09. And it’s worth noting that the restaurant was not busy at all; there were plenty of empty tables. Overall, the service was quite disappointing, but once again, the food was exceptional!

Everything was great. Shrimp Alfredo was creamy with properly cooked shrimp. The James trio was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection. The ravioli had a rich flavor. The chicken bryan was different from anything I had before. I didn't care much for the sausage soup we tried. The cesar salad was crisp and fresh. The winner of the night though was the fried zucchini fries! The tasty sangria washed it all down. Definitely a must try. We had amazing service! Will be returning in the future. Oh, almost forgot, the cannoli cake was one of the best cakes I've ever had.

Newly renovated, the Pasadena Carrabba's Italian Grill is a warm and welcoming environment from first step into the restaurant all the way to waving goodbye to the staff. Service is excellent as well as the food, would recommend to anyone looking for a casual night out or something more. Even though it's a chain restaurant, it really doesn't feel that way because of the staff and the food prepared the way the customer prefers their food. This is my wife and I's favorite restaurant to go to when we just don't feel like cooking but want a nice meal. Thank you

I always enjoy the food here. Service was fine though the host never said one word, barely looked up from his phone. I had to volunteer info about of people in my party and then presume to follow him to the table. I'll still go back and hope there is a better person at the host stand who knows how to smile and cares about their job

This restaurant's food is usually delicious. My husband and I have enjoyed dining there until tonight. We went for dinner, and I was shocked to find a human fingernail in my food—it's unbelievable and disgusting! We also love their Peach Sangria, which is usually a delightful cocktail with fruit garnish. However, tonight it was much stronger in alcohol than usual and lacked any decoration. It seemed like they were in too much of a hurry to prepare and serve it. My stomach started to feel queasy, and after we got home, I ended up getting sick and vomiting.
