Buffalo Wild Wings - Pasadena

The meal was enjoyable as always. I ordered the naked oysters, along with a dessert, an iced tea, and their new legendary Long Island drink. The waitress mentioned she was in a good mood, but she never brought the extra side of dessert to my table. Although I wasn't charged for it, the waitress never mentioned it again. In general, the meal was good and the service was satisfactory.

We typically visit this restaurant on Tuesdays for lunch, taking advantage of their Two for Tuesdays deal, and always have a great time. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The food is ALWAYS horrible!! something messed up or hard as a rock and cold!! don’t recommend. everytime i come here food sucks!

I just gave one star because that's all that allows. I forgot to leave my last and last review because I never returned to this place. after my terrible experience, I was foolish enough to try again. I should have gone when they told me that they hadn't done anything and we had to wait until someone was done just to get our drinks. we got our food before our drinks that are crazy because I waited for 45 minutes for our food and they came out of a cold. ironically, the waitress finally comes by and asks how our meal was, and I told her how terrible it was. she had to do it, but I called her to laugh all her time on a table instead of keeping it professional. She never tried to do it right. she said, “You should have told me” I saw her once throughout the time I sat. it's too ending until I got sick of the like before I even left the restaurant and went into her disgusting bath and was pushed on the head because they have their toilet paper on the back of the door. that's the worst buffalo wild wings I've ever visited. never again.

The waitstaff was rude, showing favoritism in their selection of tables to visit for better service. Trash and napkins were scattered on the floor throughout the restaurant. The food was barely warm. I would not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone unless they plan to sit at the bar.
