I had a great experience! the staff was very attentive and eating was good as always.

Hostess was rude. don't even look at our reservation. 30 minutes without menus, no drinks. waitress was sweet and friendly. ordering chips, salsa and guac. chips were rocky and did not come with salsa. we wanted to pay and go before we order. manager was also an idiot. recommend this place to my mother-in-law

We waited for 10 minutes to a server, then went back to the hostess and asked if it doesn't matter to remind her a server she did, and then we wait 10 minutes and nobody showed. we went and the hostess apologised us when we left and did not work to solve the problem. we love this place. the first time we're down.

Really disappointed in the food. We used to love to go to the Hollywood location decades ago, and thought we'd try the Pasadena location thinking our daughter would find the atmosphere fun. The TVs are nice, but that's where it ends. We paid 12 bucks to park in the garage next door, and everything we ordered was bland. Burger was way overcooked and unseasoned, shrimp tacos had no sauce whatsoever, just dry unseasoned shrimp on a corn tortilla with dry cabbage. Chicken fingers were underseasoned and very greasy. Fries were ok. We deeply regret this choice.
