The Dugout Diner - Parsons

We were out of town searching for a nice spot for lunch and we really enjoyed this place. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The food was good and tasty. If we find ourselves in the area again, we'll definitely stop by here once more.

We visited Father-in-law Jack Payne's funeral in Parsons, WV, and decided to try this restaurant. It turned out to be a wonderful experience, and the food was fantastic!

The food and service were excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely.

I ate lunch at Dugout Diner, that's right next to the ball field. They converted an old body shop to make the restaurant that has a baseball theme. They had about 15 different gourmet burgers. For $7.95, you have a gourmet burger and a large number of freshly cut frits. The 1/4 lb Burger was freshly handmade: no frozen beef here! I ordered the Ma Bell Burger, who was a burger with cream cheese and jalapenos. It was just the best burger I ever had! It was so big, I could only eat half.

1st time eating here and the family loved it. Burgers were amazing and the fried chicken sandwich was just as good! We'll definitely be back. Just save room for the ice cream! Theyve got tons of flavors to choose from!
