Summary Just avoid if you can.I 've lived all over the USA, both sides of the coast, done cross country trips a dozen times over, and stopped at many a McDonald 's, some in other countries.I can solidily state this locations quality, accuracy, customer service, and overall satisfaction. Is consistently bad.Note Very LongWe usually order around $50.00 or $60.00 bucks worth of food every month from here.Our grandparent 's are at the Presbyterian Manor. They like to have a McDonald 's when we visit.There 's many a times where the food we got was just wrong entirely. To the point very early in when they moved in, our grandparent 's were pretty upset, heck our grandpa cried once because his order was wrong.Every month we go, we get wrong orders. Random drinks, entirely missing orders. Missing sauces for orders with chicknuggets, straws, napkins, half or even quarter full fries. Litterally always a problem.I think it 's to be expected to occur at fast food, people are only human and usually not payed well.I dont know if everyone is struggling with other things personally or what.Yet this lack of consistency, has become a running joke in our family. This locations guarantee is to be inaccurate every time lol!!! We will always screw up your order, guaranteed! We tried using the application for a time, but that was confusing for the workers, which only seemed to cause more struggles with their tasks. They didn 't understand how to use the pay option, deals, etc.Today was another visit, ordered at the kiosk, got our receipt, a blank paper lol. Then our food goes out, the lady giving the food walked passed us, with three people saying hey that 's for us, her manager doing the same from the front, and brought food to the other side of the room before coming back lol.She then brought it to us, proceeded to drop someone 's large sprite, which wasn 't ours. Spilling all over the floor and our legs.Then cleaned the table with the smallest rag possible, brought out a mop. Then proceeded to push the sprite back and forth, pausing to drag the mop to wherever the bucket was and just making a bigger mess, and not really cleaning anythingThe manager nor the person never apologized, infact the manager who was out front ran away lol.This entire time one of our party was waiting on the missing drink orders we saw that wasn 't with ou They got us the drinks including extra small sprite, and two other drinks we didn 't order. Three of our fries were half full soggy mess.I think if the owner cared, and improved the consistency, he would likely see a noticeable effect in just consumable items they buy.
To set the scene, once a month we deliver some “fresh” McDonald’s to our great grandparents at the nursing home.Saying that this place leaves much to be desired is an understatement. I have never seen a fry soggier, but that’s good to go along with your soggy nuggets. Maybe a wrong drink to wash it down?I didn’t realize working at McDonald’s was so difficult, but boy do they make it look hard. This place does have some good though, they know how to test your patience. And they most certainly do their best to do so.Our food has been so awful so many times, it has made our great grandfather shed tears of sadness. He has not cried since he talked about the war.There is no possible way to give constructive criticism, because they will simply not listen. Just like when you tell them your order.If you at all can, DO NOT EAT HERE
Pissed off! Sat in the drive through at 12.05pm to 12:20pm for 15 minutes, while the drive thru speaker ignored us and let four cars order ahead of us from the other stall. I'm never coming here again, we'll just drive to Coffeyville or independence where the service is excellent. We should be compensated for our order or gas. Pick one.Oh and the person speaking didn't tell us the mcchickens were on special, If I would've known it was buy one get one for $1 I would've ordered more!!! INSTEAD it was myReceipt that told me they were on special.These people need fired. The manager obviously doesn't know how to train people either, Fire her too! This location is going to lose customers!
