Outback Steakhouse Parsippany

They tell me its a 10 minutes wait even though they had a ton of tables open. Instead of seating me the servers stand around talking. After telling me 10 minutes, they make me wait 20 minutes for a table after they seat someone comes in after me and they seat them before me. Finally, once we get a table we waited a very long time before the server came. Then I orderd a coke and they bring me a lemonade. When I told them the mistake it took a few minutes to get me the coke. Fries were so salty I could barely eat them. Steak was cooked very badly and the rest of the food was cold!! Icing on the cake: after the Terrible experience, I couldnt wait to get out and I ask for the check...then they take 10 minutes to bring me the check!!! Terrible experience. Def don't come if your hungry.

Overpriced food isnt as good as used to be small portions and not very good bar serice

Because of my server VINCENT C. my visit here felt really special, not just a regular lunch. Honestly saying this was the best restaurant visit for the last at least 8 years. While the famous American service goes into hell very fast, Vincent made me think that there is still a hope. Thank you very much, Vincent. Best of luck from personal driver Denis (who knows exactly how the service have to look like) You’re the best!!!

Good price and quality... Great service .. bread served is tasty

Service was top notch, entire staff friendly. Food not great especially for the price. Mngr took money off the bill which was nice but not necessary. I'm sure our next visit will be superb
