Big drive Thru! Delia helped me choose what you can order efficiently and transparently. My fiancée and I just wanted Green Passion smoothies, but they didn't have a spinach. (Of course, my mind has made a story about how there is no reason to run out of Spinach), but it politely explained the true reason. She was so happy to help and had a big smile that makes a difference every time in my book.
Three months between mistakes. I agree. Tonight 5/17/2021, my order as well as other I observed while waiting was not correct. I didn't know my problem was until I got home. If it wasn't for what I heard and saw during my visit, I would have let it go until tomorrow. But my duck was also wrong, so I brought both articles back and spoke to the manager. He was very helpful, I was kind and understanding. Errors happen, dinner rush problems plus computer problems make the rush worse. You work hard. I was not for money or credit, just what I ordered and understand what happened in both mistakes in view of what I observed and belonged while my meal was suggested. An inconvenience to come home, go back, wait, then back home, give this, then eat. But I'm going back. You can make a mistake, but they get it in the end. Feb 2021: Update 3: David went well on his offer. Thanks Update 2: has taken away a star. Will it return when David's offer is up. Update: Second call back to ring for 2 minutes, David answered and offered me a free sandwich next time to make sure. Thank you, David. Supplement: The Broccoli-Mac cheese is terrible. Overcooked pasta, much too much cheese sauce. Guess it's what I'm doing for a late dinner near closing time. I'll never order it again. The normal Mac I had, and it's much better. Placed a pickup order for a full sandwich and full Broccoli Mac cheese. Checked the bag, a sandwich, right sides and the bowl Mac. It's just half a sandwich with paper. Called the store, 3 minutes ringing and no answer then their phone system separated the call. Order 513465901. I am 25 minutes away and they close in 30. Grr. How confused for a “Pick Two” but clearly not and for almost $20 for half a meal, I am frustrated and starving.
Chanel, The General Manager at this point or one of the managers is fantastic that she goes beyond and beyond her normal tasks and her service was so great today that I left my way to write this review. Great staff here
Customer service is amazing, the manager Kelly went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Food was delivered hot. Totally recommend and will be ordering again soon
