Starbucks - Parry Sound

The baristas in many Starbucks cannot make foam. By the time I get to my car the foam has disappeared. Making foam is an art and for the price I expect foam on my Carmel Macchiato.

Did drive through. Service was quick. Staff had smile on their faces

We stopped by here twice during our stay in Parry sounds. One of the biggest reasons is that we had a really good experience during our first stop.Although the staff messed up my order at first, she took it very politely and fixed it for me right away. Need to mention that it was kinda busy when I was there, so mistake could happen.It was her attitude and ability to take the feedback in a positive way made us felt this location deserves our business. This kind of service is what all businesses must have.We will come back 100%. Keep it up!

I waited 13 minutes in the drive-thru, and once you're in line, there's no way to exit. Going inside might be a faster option!

I was there this past Sunday. It was obvious as soon as you pulled up out front they were exceptionally busy. There was plenty of lovely staff working as hard as they could. It was just busy. People were so rude and impatient. If you walk in somewhere that’s busy and you have no patience, then leave. I’m sorry to the staff who dealt with anyone disrespectful. You’re doing a great job!
