The fishcakes, chicken wings (which were actually lollipop drumsticks) , noodles and BBQ beef were a hit. The whole crispy barramundi was lovely and crispy with plenty of ginger and sauce. The chicken was light and crispy too and the beef, tender . The noodles (pad kua pla) were also rather tasty without being too greasy. On the whole we were happy. The Thai milk tea was a premix from the tasty of things and rather creamy and sweet. If you pay in cash, groups get 20% off the bill on Sundays but you have to request it. Lunch time speacials for $10-$12 also require a cash payment. Would return.
Came here for dinner, great food and option for brown rice. Menu is quite pricey but we got a discount which made it reasonable $89 down to $67 for 4ppl without drinks). There are plenty of staff but service wasn't quite there, eg. we ordered tea and it was forgotten until we asked again.
Absolute go to Thai in Parramatta. It's right near work and their service is super fast. My partner and I often order the Couple Special (appetizers, noodle dish, curry/stir fry dish, heaps of rice for $29) it's a great deal and is heaps of food. Food quality is really good in my opinion. I like the yellow curry chicken and the pad see eiw.
Very good. The ambience is great, it is nice place for a date. we had mixed entree which was superb, much better than other places. for mains, we had duck in plum sauce and lamb cutlets in plum sauce. duck was $29.90 and lamb was $22.90. the lamb was probably a bit overcooked. but overall i would rate the quality and portion size as very good. the mains were over $20 each which is a bit higher than other places. even so, i would still recommend.
Paramatta is not a suburb on my go-to list unless the reason of visit is to eat! I was on the hunt to try out Temasek for a long time now and we decided to visit the place a day after boxing day and foolish us, we didn't check weather they open or not and unfortunately they don't! Bebski, Mr.P and I were starving and so we just entered any restaurant we can see nearby. Luckily, we found this thai place on the corner and they were swarmed with people having lunch and the smell of the stir fries and the burnt smoky wok lure us straight in. We looked through the lunch menu and we made up or mind what to order. For me going to Thai restaurant, it will always be either pad thai, pad see ew or anything with pork belly in it. Unfortunately they don't serve crispy pork belly here and so I got the Hokkien Noodle in Oyster sauce. The noodle still has its chewiness and the oyster sauce along with the sweet soy sauce covered the noodle nicely. The chicken was well marinated and not to mention the
