Love the food, been our go-to hibachi place for years, but bring MASN back. We love sitting at the sushi bar watching the Os, but now you can't watch the games :
They didn’t take our order right. No salt on the vegetables. We got our appetizer last. They forgot someone’s steak. Serves sucked. You make a comment and the chef gets irritated. I won’t be back. The last thing is they squeeze every one in the table. You can even move. But, the manager is rude and has an attitude so the staff can have be rude and have an attitude.
Server disappeared. Food was under seasoned. Chef didn't seem as if he enjoyed his job. Steak was tough. Scallops were good.
I have never been so disappointed in the professionalism of a restaurant in my life. My family and I came here on a whim because we were in the area. It was almost entirely empty and I asked that were not be seated with other people. The hostess responded with a surprised attitude like I was a crazy person for even making that request. After we were seated the next people to come into the restaurant was a large family who the hostess promptly sat next to us, filling the table. There were other tables available. She did that on purpose. I was so irritated I left the restaurant to wait in the car, but my wife and daughter stayed. My daughter had never been to a hibachi place before. When the hibachi cook started tossing food at people as is part of the show he purposefully missed his aim and hit my wife in the face with her food repeatedly. He didn’t do that with the other family. Then at the end he said, “you didn’t get it?” in a mocking tone. What kind of disrespectful place are you people running? Not only will we never go back, I’m telling everyone who will listen how horrible your people are. If anyone wants to experience hibachi dinner, look elsewhere.
