Firstly, the staff is not very attentive, as both times my companion and I had to retrieve menus ourselves after waiting for about 20 minutes for service. The service is slow, but they do offer a wide selection of vegan options, which is a plus. On both visits, I ordered the Buda Bowl with crispy tofu. The first time, it came with siriratcha mayo, which was overwhelming and left my dish soggy. The second time, I requested just avocado instead of mayo, but it seems they misunderstood and added avocado mayo instead. I am uncertain if this mayo is vegan-friendly. Additionally, the tofu was a bit tough, as if it had been fried in the morning and left out all day.
The crispy seitan salad and loaded sweet potato fries were both delicious. There are so many creative vegan dishes to try while visiting Estonia. Just be prepared for slower service during the busy summer months when the restaurant is full.
I was excited to try out this restaurant, but was ultimately disappointed. The server was not very friendly or polite. I ordered the seitan salad and loaded sweet potato fries with tofu, but after a long wait, I was informed that they were out of seitan and would be substituting tofu instead. The tofu was crispy but lacked flavor, and the loaded fries had an excessive amount of mayo. My friend had already started eating when my food finally arrived, and her dishes also came out in separate waves.
Good vegan options and nice selection of craft beers and ciders. We tried ramen soup with tofu and poke bowl with quinoa and tofu. The ramen soup was a bit too salty but otherwise the food was very good. Tofu was really crispy.
The restaurant is warm and inviting, with friendly staff and many vegan options on the menu. The flower steak was incredibly tasty.
