Wendy's - Parma

Came in for an apple-pecan chicken salad. I didn't get a picnic or blue cheese. I also ordered shambers. the container was so greasy, I could hardly open it. fries were not fresh either. soggy and stale

Its time to let this location close… this wendys is slow, serves stale and really bad quality food. Maybe wendys in general has gone downhill since covid. But especially this store

I know it's a fast food establishment but it's not even worth trying to go anymore. The drive through menu and parking lot lights are never at night, the kitchen looks dirty from the drive through window, they asked us to pull aside after paying to wait for fresh food but forgot about is and brought half of the order 32 minutes later and ignored us when we tried to get their attentio. Dining room doors were locked at 5:30pm on a Friday. I can tell they're understaffed and trying to stay afloat but sometimes it's time to call it quits...

The food was terrible. Hamburger was over cooked, dried, cold, and very small. The fries were cold and soggy. I was disgusted looking at the filty windows on this building and the nasty dirty surroundings. I can't believe this is going on in Parma, this location use to be very clean and the food was always outstanding. I'll never go back.

Stopped in to get a bite, and the inside was pretty warm and most of the tables were dirty. I ordered a salad, and had to go up to get the dressing. Parts of the salad was missing. The person taking the order was too busy on his phone and conversating with people to really be bothered. The soda machine was broke and not to mention the floor was sticky every where I walked. Never again will I eat at this location. Really sad.
