I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I went through the drive-thru to order two wake-up wraps—one with sausage and one with bacon—a staff member continuously interrupted me with barking and other strange animal noises. I ended up having to repeat my order several times before they could get it right. Once we got our food and drove away, we discovered that neither wrap contained any meat, so we had to go back through the drive-thru to have them correct the order.

I order a strawberry Coolatta almost every day, and my experience here was the worst I've ever had. It tasted more like a bad lemon Coolatta. When I mentioned this to the staff, they claimed that everyone else makes it incorrectly and that they are the only ones who do it right. I felt like I wasted my money, and they didn’t even apologize. I definitely do not recommend ordering from this location on Broadview.

I requested a sippy cup lid for my cold brew, and she said, "Yup, it comes that way." I also asked for no ice, but unfortunately, there was ice in my drink. Having already waited about five minutes for my first drink, I didn't want to ask the staff to remake it, especially since there was a long line both inside and at the drive-thru. A few minutes later, an employee inquired about what I was still waiting for, as my drink sticker had apparently been lost. The gentleman apologized for the delay. The woman next to me mentioned that she had been waiting for her food order for 20 minutes. I understand that things can happen and machines can break down, but this was not a quick visit for just two drinks.

I absolutely love the hummus and roasted tomato toast; I really hope they keep it on the menu! It's finally something I can enjoy, so thank you so much for that. The coffee is fantastic as always!

The coffee is always fresh, and the donuts are simply irresistible!
